How it works
Breathe in as the shape grows, and out as it shrinks. If your rhythm includes a hold, the shape stays still.
Keep your breath comfortable. Pause or stop whenever you like. Your device’s reduced motion setting keeps the shape still and uses a short fade at the end.
Space pauses or continues. Esc reveals the controls.
